Azzalini L, et al. - In patients undergoing chronic total occlusion (CTO) percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), the impact of incomplete revascularization (ICR) on long-term outcomes was assessed. Results of long-term follow-up following CTO PCI demonstrated the association of even a mild degree of ICR with higher incidence of major adverse cardiac events.
