Shandley LM, et al. - In this study, markers of fertility and ovarian reserve were compared between cancer survivors and cancer-free women with and without polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Although cancer survivors with PCOS showed higher antimüllerian hormone [AMH] and antral follicle count [AFC] on average after cancer treatment, they were less likely to meet their reproductive goals compared with survivors without PCOS.
