Impact of androgen deprivation therapy on self-reported cognitive function in men with prostate cancer

Marzouk S, et al. - Given the wide utilization of androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) in treating prostate cancer (PC), the effects on cognitive function were determined. In the current study, mood and fatigue were observed to be correlated with changes in self-reported cognitive function. The findings revealed no association after 12 months of ADT with self-reported cognitive function in older men with non-metastatic PC.
