Immunohistochemical assessment of the diagnostic utility of PD-L1: A preliminary analysis of anti-PD-L1 antibody (SP142) for lymphoproliferative diseases with tumour and nonmalignant Hodgkin/Reed-Sternberg (HRS)-like cells
Histopathology Feb 08, 2018
Sakakibara A, et al. - An exploration was carried out of the programmed death 1 (PD1)/PD1 ligand (PD-L1) immunohistochemistry in the diagnostic setting of lymphoma. Based on the yielded data, it was illustrated that the immunohistochemical evaluation of the PD-L1 expression in tumour and nonmalignant Hodgkin/Reed-Sternberg (HRS)-like large cells could be beneficial for figuring out either immune escape or immunodeficiency in their pathogenesis.
