Immunohistochemical analysis and prognostic significance of PD-L1, PD-1, and CD8+ tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes in Ewing's sarcoma family of tumors (ESFT)
Virchows Archiv Mar 01, 2018
Machado I, et al. - The immunohistochemical (IHC) expression of PD-L1 and PD-1 and the prognostic importance in clinically localized neoplasms in individuals with Ewing's sarcoma family of tumors (ESFT) was determined. No prominent correlation was shown between PD-L1 expression and prognosis. PD-1 expression was reported in 26% of ESFT tumor cells and conferred prognostic and therapeutic implications. CD8 expression in tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes was not associated with the prognosis.
