Zhang J, et al. - In order to reveal whether IL-36 induced cytokine IL-6 and chemokine CXCL8 expression in human lung tissue cells, experts conducted this study. This study suggested the involvement of IL-36Âmediated IL-6 and CXCL8 production in human lung fibroblasts and bronchial epithelial cells in pulmonary inflammation especially caused by bacterial or viral infections.
