Abuzeid O, et al. - This study was planned to compare reproductive outcome in patients with RPL after hysteroscopic division of subseptate uterus or arcuate uterine anomaly. After hysteroscopic correction, a similar reproductive outcome was observed for patients who had infertility and RPL with a subseptate uterus and those with arcuate uterine anomaly. Patients with RPL presenting with such anomalies could have improved reproductive potential with surgical correction of such anomalies.
