Hyperemesis gravidarum and the risk of emotional distress during and after pregnancy

Kjeldgaard HK, et al. – A population–based pregnancy cohort study was conducted to evaluate the relationship between hyperemesis gravidarum (HG) and emotional distress during and after pregnancy. Results of this study suggested that the increased risk of developing emotional distress could primarily be a consequence of HG.
