McAlpine JN, et al. - The focus of this study is to better describe the natural history of human papillomavirus (HPV)-independent differentiated vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia (dVIN). The outcome of this study suggests that these patients are likely to progress to invasive carcinoma over a relatively short period, at which point their prognosis is guarded.
