Ismail EI, et al. - The value of home particle repositioning maneuver in the prevention of the recurrence of posterior canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (pc-BPPV) was assessed in this study. Home particle repositioning maneuver was noted to have the capacity to prevent the recurrence of pc-BPPV. Compared to the control group, it proved to be more successful and functional in minimizing the recurrence of the disease in the study group. Therefore, at least for 1 year, home particle repositioning maneuver was highly recommended in pc-BPPV.
