Sayagues JM, et al. - The clinical and pathologic features associated with the prognosis of the disease after pancreaticoduodenectomy were identified in this study. In pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) patients after pancreatectomy, histologic tumor grade and preoperative biliary drainage were the only significant independent prognostic factors.
