Jaeger F, et al. - This prospective case series study aimed to investigate the efficacy of high-power diode laser in the circumvestibular incision for Le Fort I osteotomy in orthognathic surgery. During circumvestibular incisions, high-power diode laser was effective and safe for Le Fort I osteotomy in orthognathic surgery decreasing bleeding, surgery time, pain, and edema after orthognathic surgery.
