Chen Z, et al. - The intention of the authors was to comprehensively analyze the expression of NPRL2 in prostate cancer (PCa) and its potential clinical importance. Data demonstrated that the expression level of NPRL2 was significantly upregulated in PCa. Its high expression exhibited a connection with poor prognosis. Findings hinted towards its crucial role in the progression of PCa. Therefore, it was determined that NPRL2 could present as a potential prognostic biomarker for PCa patients.
