Wang F, et al. - This study was designed in order to gauge the correlation between HDL subfractions with arterial stiffness in a community-based Chinese cohort. A prominent and inverse link was depicted between HDL3-C subfractions with arterial stiffness. This, in turn, indicated the significance of HDL subfractions when compared to HDL-C in preventing cardiovascular disease.
