Mayordomo-Colunga J, et al. - A comparison was performed among infants with acute bronchiolitis who received CPAP via a helmet or nasal prongs. The efficacy of CPAP delivered by nasal prongs or helmet was shown to be similar in young infants with acute bronchiolitis.
