Wray J, et al. - This study was designed to develop and test patient-reported experience measures (PREMs) for children and young people in a specialist paediatric hospital setting. Findings suggested that the new PREMs would offer an opportunity to children and young people to provide feedback on their experiences in the specialist paediatric hospitals. Sustainability and ensuring that feedback results in improvements in the future work.
