Health and Quality of Life Outcomes Sep 07, 2017
Silva MT, et al. – The current study was interested in exploring the perceptions of health–related quality of life and associated factors in populations from the Manaus Metropolitan Region. It was found that health–related quality of life in the Manaus Metropolitan Region was high, as expected for the general population, and was higher among people who lived in the inner cities, men and those in higher social classes. The findings suggested that gender discrepancies and differences in quality of life between the capital and inner cities should be further investigated.
