Xu H, et al. - The biological roles and clinical significance of HCRP1 were comprehensively analyzed in human gastric cancer. The inference drawn was that HCRP1 downregulation possibly presented as an indicator of the poor prognosis in gastric cancer patients. The drug resistance was reduced by HCRP1 through the regulation of EGFR-AKT signaling.
