Zhu M, et al. - In this study, the researchers evaluated the short-term efficacy of voice therapy incorporating hard onset techniques for cases with functional hypoadduction and presbyphonia. Vocal quality and performance were improved by both subjective and objective measures due to voice therapy, including hard onset therapy, in patients with functional hypoadduction/presbyphonia.
