British Journal of Haematology Oct 10, 2017
Kharfan-Dabaja MA, et al. - A multicentre retrospective study in Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) patients treated with allogeneic (allo)-haematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) and autologous (auto)-HCT at 8 centres in the United States and Canada was performed to assess the durability of remissions after HCT. Pertaining to auto-HCT, findings indicated lack of efficacy against BPDCN. However, larger prospective studies were recommended to better assess the role of HCT in BPDCN.
