Schott DA, et al. – In this study, the clinicians intended to figure out whether growth hormone (GH) treatment increases linear height and influences body proportions in Kabuki syndrome (KS) children. During the year of recombinant human GH (rhGH) treatment, all participants reported catch–up growth, but without any influence on body proportions.
