Poyrazoglu S, Bas F, Karaman B, et al. - This study was attempted to explore the growth data, gonadal functions and tumour risk in children with 45, X/46, XY mosaicism. Researchers retrospectively examined the records of 45 patients with 45, X/46, XY mosaicism or variants presented to our Unit from 1989 to 2019. The daa exhibit that growth hormone therapy appears to improve AH of patients. It has been reported that both individuals with genital anomaly and female external genitalia have elevated risk of germ cell tumours.
