Selles RR, et al. - The efficacy of a group family-based cognitive behavioral therapy (GF-CBT) protocol in treating the pediatric obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) was examined in this open, uncontrolled study. Furthermore, the researchers aimed to investigate predictors of symptom improvement. They gave evidence that GF-CBT significantly improved a wide range of domains for youth/families that extended beyond OCD symptom severity and supported homework as a core treatment component.
