Graft survival after penetrating and endothelial keratoplasty in iridocorneal endothelial syndrome
Cornea Dec 16, 2019
Rotenberg M, et al. - Using the log-rank test, researchers contrasted the survival of a first penetrating keratoplasty (PK) or endothelial keratoplasty (EK) for iridocorneal endothelial (ICE) syndrome with transplant survival in Fuchs endothelial dystrophy (FED) and pseudophakic bullous keratopathy (PBK). Eighty-six first transplants were included for ICE syndrome. According to findings, no difference was found in graft survival between PK and EK for ICE syndrome. ICE syndrome graft survival is intermediate between FED and PBK.
