Pereira N, et al. - This trial strived to compare the oocyte and embryo yield related to GnRH-agonist triggers vs. hCG triggers in cancer patients, who were undergoing controlled ovarian stimulation (COS) for fertilization preservation. Increased number of metaphase II (MII) oocytes and 2PN embryos available for cryopreservation was discovered through the use of a GnRH-agonist trigger in the study cohort.
