BMC Pediatrics Feb 13, 2018
Yerushalmy-Feler A, et al. - The effect of a gluten-free diet on obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) symptoms was explored in children with celiac disease. When compared to controls, children with celiac disease had fewer OSA-related symptoms. However, the degree of improvement following the initiation of a gluten-free diet was significantly higher in children with celiac disease.
