Mehta D, et al. – A genomewide analysis was performed to identify genes whose DNA methylation levels are correlated with post–traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). This study highlighted the role of DNA methylation as biomarkers of PTSD. The outcomes supported the role of previous candidates and uncover novel genes associated with PTSD, such as DOCK2.
