Genome-wide analysis of 18 Epstein-Barr viruses isolated from primary nasopharyngeal carcinoma biopsy specimens
Journal of Virology Aug 17, 2017
Tu C, et al. – The researchers performed a genome–wide analysis of 18 Epstein–Barr viruses (EBV) isolated from primary nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) biopsy specimens. They reported a genome–wide view of sequence variation in EBV isolated from primary NPC biopsy specimens obtained from the Hunan Province. This research would aid in further understanding of how genomic variations contribute to carcinogenesis, which probably impacts the treatment of EBV–associated cancer.
