Tsou MT, et al. – The gender–specific correlations and attitudes toward therapy were contemplated among community–dwelling elderly individuals with insomnia, in northern Taiwan. Early intervention to stop the progress of sleep disturbance and avoid unnecessary medication use was found to be essential. A need arose for improved attitudes toward sleep hygiene and treatment among elderly Taiwanese individuals.
