Matievics V, et al. - This study reviewed the phonatory and respiratory outcomes of endoscopic arytenoid abduction lateropexy (EAAL) in unilateral vocal cord paralysis (UVCP) with dyspnea. Outcomes suggested that EAAL might be an alternative treatment for unilateral vocal cord paralysis associated with breathing problems.
