Liu Y, et al. - Authors gauged the associations among different intrusion patterns of clear overlay aligners and the corresponding orthodontic forces and provided guidance for clinical treatment. Different forces were exerted by aligners with different intrusion patterns on the incisors, canines, and premolars. Findings suggested a close relationship between the forces and the designed activation, shape and position of the attachment and relative movement of the adjacent teeth.
