Focusing on a complete blood cell parameter: Mean platelet volume levels may be a predictor of coronary slow flow

Yilmaz M, et al. – This research was conducted in order to examine mean platelet volume (MPV) in patients with coronary slow flow (CSF) and in cases with normal coronary anatomy (NCA). The intent was to determine the link between CSF and MPV. MPV appeared to be raised in patients with CSF when compared to patients with NCA. This data affirmed that MPV could be a predictor of CSF.
