Cheng JZ, et al. – A case–control study of >6 million patients is conducted to assess the association of fluoroquinolone use with carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS). Findings reveal that fluoroquinolone use is associated with increased risk of CTS (rate ratio, 1.34 [95% confidence interval, 1.31Â1.37]).
