de Goede AA, et al. – Researchers intended to evaluate alterations in cerebral hemodynamics that result from sepsis and adequate fluid resuscitation in critically ill septic patients. It was concluded that Sys2 absence and reappearance in sepsis suggests that transcranial Doppler could become a non–invasive alternative for hemodynamic monitoring.
