Cohen SB, et al. – In the present study, researchers goal to assess the feasibility, efficacy, and safety of a second hysteroscopic niche resection for patients in whom an initial hysteroscopic resection failed to improve symptoms. Reintervention with a second hysteroscopic niche resection is both feasible and successful treatment alternative following a failed first attempt or recurrence of symptoms. The second surgery improved symptoms, particularly abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB), with no consequent detrimental impact on obstetric outcomes in this series.
