Pounis G, et al. - In this cross-sectional analysis, researchers assessed the association of polyphenol consumption with lung function in a novel holistic approach. They noted that in a general population, a higher overall polyphenol content of human diet was related to better pulmonary function. In men, possible partial mediation of this link by white blood cell was also reported.
