Uygunoglu U, et al. - During this study, the demographic and clinical features of patients experiencing severe disease reactivation (SDR) after fingolimod cessation vs those who did not were compared. After cessation of fingolimod, SDR could develop within the first 3 months. Patients with higher annualized relapse rates and lower Expanded Disability Status Scale scored before commencing fingolimod treatment were more likely to show SDR.
