Nursing & Health Sciences Sep 02, 2017

Kang KA, et al. – The descriptive study explored the factors influencing behavioral intention to undergo Papanicolaou testing among Japanese and Korean women in early adulthood. In Japanese women the significant predictors of behavioral intention were age, undergoing Papanicolaou testing, attitudes, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control. However, among Korean women, job status, undergoing a Papanicolaou test, attitudes, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control were considered as significant predictors of behavioral intention.
