European Journal of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Jul 24, 2019
Jia Z, et al. - Researchers investigated patients with symptomatic isolated mesenteric artery dissection for the factors associated with conservative management failure. In this retrospective study, 123 patients (115 men, 8 women, mean age, 53.7 ± 6.1 years) were included. Type II IMADs and degree of luminal stenosis ≥90% were the risk factors for failed conservative treatment.
