Extranodal extension of nodal metastases is a poor prognostic moderator in non-small cell lung cancer: A meta-analysis

Luchini C, et al. - The prognostic role of extranodal extension (ENE) was examined in patients with lymph node-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Based on the findings, it was recommended that in NSCLC, needs for assessment of ENE be included in gross sampling and ENE status be included in the pathology report
