Expression pattern of immunosurveillance-related antigen in adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma
Histopathology Jan 17, 2018
Asano N, et al. - The goal of this paper was to evaluate the clinicopathological relevance of human leukocyte antigen (HLA) and β2M expressions in adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATLL) cells and PD-L1 expression in lymphoma or stromal cells. Researchers also attempted to speculate the overall survival of patients with ATLL. Yielded data brought to light the likelihood of reflecting the immune response by the membranous expression of HLA and β2M. It would assist in predicting the prognosis before starting ATLL therapy.
