Agopiantz M, et al. – In this present study, the clinicians assessed the contribution of neurotensin (NTS) to endometrial carcinogenesis. In endometrial cancer, NTSR1 overexpression was a poor prognostic factor. These findings highlighted the contribution of NTS in endometrial cancer progression and its use as a prognostic marker, and as a potential therapeutic target.
