Expression of circulating Semaphorin3A and its association with inflammation and bone destruction in rheumatoid arthritis
Clinical Rheumatology Apr 19, 2018
Gao H, et al. - Researchers ascertained the expression of Semaphorin3A (Sema3A) in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients and evaluated the association between serum Sema3A and the pathogenesis of RA. As per data, in Sema3A positive group, theRF level and antibodies (anti-CCP, APF, AKA, and GPI) positive rates were significantly higher. Nonetheless, without significance, sharp score was also higher. Findings suggested a positive association of the level of serum Sema3A with with inflammatory factors (including ESR, IgM, and RF) and was associated with auto-antibody production and bone destruction.
