Sponholtz TR, et al. - This research aimed to identify the risk of exogenous hormone use and endometrial cancer in US black women. The outcomes revealed that to increased risk of endometrial cancer was linked to current use of estrogen-only and estrogen plus progestin female menopausal hormone (FMH), however, the risk appeared lower among former users of estrogen plus progestin FMH. It was noted that long-term oral contraceptive (OC) use was associated with reduced risk.
