The outcomes revealed that to increased risk of endometrial cancer was linked to current use of estrogen-only and estrogen plus progestin female menopausal hormone (FMH), however, the risk appeared lower among former users of estrogen plus progestin FMH. It was noted that long-term oral contraceptive (OC) use was associated with reduced risk.
