Jan CF, et al. – This research aspired to examine the impact of exercise on the occurrence of cirrhosis in obese and overweight adults. In obese and overweight adults, moderate exercise could significantly prevent from developing liver cirrhosis. For persons who exceeded the minimum recommendations of 150 minutes/week, the benefits appeared to be greater.
