Segal R, et al. – In order to gauge the effect of exercise for people with cancer, experts conducted this study. As per findings, exercise was safe and provided benefit in quality of life and in muscular and aerobic fitness for people with cancer both during and after treatment. This study provided the evidence which was sufficient to support the promotion of exercise for adults with cancer. This study supported the promotion of exercise in a group or supervised settings and for a long period of time to improve quality of life and muscular and aerobic fitness.
