Avramidis G, Kokkineli S, Trellopoulos A, et al. - In this study, the clinical, functional, and radiological mid-term outcomes of the all-arthroscopic modified Eden–Hybinette procedure were examined in patients with recurrent anterior shoulder instability. Researchers performed a retrospective single-center case series with prospectively collected data including a total of 28 patients and the mean follow-up period was 43 ± 6 months (range, 36–53 months). The all-arthroscopic modified Eden–Hybinette procedure was found to be safe, leading to excellent clinical and radiological mid-term outcomes in patients with recurrent anterior shoulder instability. This method restores glenoid bone defects and preserves normal shoulder anatomy.
