Fuller NR, et al. – The goal of this research was to evaluate the correlation of depression symptoms with weight change over a 12–month study. The recent research demonstrated that weight loss was correlated with improvements in mood for non–clinically depressed individuals with obesity, and these improvements persisted during a period of 3Â12?months of follow–up.
