Evaluation of the effects of miRNAs in familial Mediterranean fever

Hortu HO, et al. - The experts herein assessed the role of microRNAs in familial mediterranean fever (FMF), which was an inherited autoinflammatory disorder. The expression levels of 11 miRNAs in patients with genetically diagnosed FMF who had clinical symptoms were significantly low, compared to the healthy volunteers. The miRNAs were noted to be effective in the pathogenesis of FMF.
