Cintra LTA, et al. - The cytotoxicity and biocompatibility of Sealer Plus, a new resin epoxyÂbased endodontic sealer containing calcium hydroxide were assessed in this study. Based on these outcomes, AH Plus, Endofill, and SimpliSeal endodontics sealers were utilized for comparison. In general, Sealer Plus promoted greater cell viability and was more biocompatible compared with the other sealers.
